Overview

Since late 2019 until now, there have been many different confronting and unexpected events that we are still experiencing in
communities across Australia and the world. It can be tough. It can be unexpected but one way or another we’ve made it through!
We want you to share big and small things you’ve done that have helped you in positive ways, so that others can be inspired.
Resilience Stories is not about saying it was all fine, happy or fun but sharing stories of what helped us to get through, to survive,
thrive or learn something new. By sharing your story, you’ll be helping others in our community to learn, reflect and grow from the changes and events over the past year.
The project is a collaboration between Blacktown City Council, Mission Australia, local services and community members.
We want to hear from all people (including children) who live, work, attend school or a social support group in the suburbs of Blacktown City.
By submitting a response you can go in the draw to win 1 of 3 Wish vouchers worth $50. (Council employees are not eligible to enter the draw).  Entries close on 31 October 2021.
