To submit an application for the Research Festival 2020, please complete details below by Friday 14 June 2019.

We welcome submissions for events that are either scheduled to last for a single session, a morning, afternoon or evening, or span two of these as long as they conform with a festival-style programme. Submissions to run a conference or for a public talk are unlikely to be successful, although the latter could be included as part of our Public Research Lecture series that was initiated during the 2019 Research Festival.

Successful submissions will have a clear sense of purpose and show benefit for both the applicant(s) and the potential audience. They should also demonstrate how they relate to the overarching theme of the 2020 festival that showcases how research at the University of Plymouth is ‘Creating an impact from local to global’.

A limited amount of funding will be available to support the programme of events.
