Thank you for your interest in hosting students in the NW Public Health Research Academy!
The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board is committed to supporting American Indian & Alaska Native youth interested in pursuing Public Health professions. Our new Public Health Research Academy will introduce students to relatable public health topics.
Overview: The year-long program will include in-person and virtual gatherings, mentorship, and support to carry out a community-based research project. We will consider applications with fewer students and with younger students. We encourage you to apply!
