For an announcement to be considered for inclusion at the next conference, it must be received by Tuesday of the conference week.

* 5. Provide a summary of the announcement:  This will be emailed to the faculty, fellows, residents, and staff after the announcement has been made (specifically, in the next week's conference notice) for both a reminder and for those who were unable to attend conference.

If so, please email those to Candace Goudy at cgoudy@uabmc.edu.  This will be emailed with the conference summary provided above. The material will need to be sent to Candace no later than the Friday of the announcement.
