Instructions

The New IDEAS Study Team has printed versions of the IRB-approved recruitment materials available for your use. The process for obtaining printed copies of these materials is as follows:

Step 1. Complete the following survey application.

Step 2. A member of the New IDEAS Operations Team will follow-up with you to confirm receipt of your request and address any outstanding questions. Please allow up to 5 business days for the Operations Team to review your submitted survey and issue a response. 

Step 3. The New IDEAS Study Team will ship the materials to the address you provide in this survey request. For shipping timeline estimates, email newideas@acr.org.
