Requests for presentations by CCAM-TAC’s Director and other staff is in high demand. Please provide information about your needs so we can determine if we have the capacity to meet that need.If we are unable to provide the presentation, we may be able to offer an alternative form of presentation (virtual, recorded or basic information) or refer you to a different person or agency.
1.Contact information
Please provide the name of the agency/organization and main point of contact.
2.Provide a brief description of your organization and its purpose. Include a link to your website if applicable.
3.What is the proposed date for the presentation?
Include a date range if the timing is flexible.
4.If this is for a conference, please provide the name and dates of the conference as well as a link to the conference website.
5.What is the topic of the presentation you would like us to deliver?
6.How long would you like the presentation be?
Describe the desired length as well as how interactive you would like it to be such as including a discussion or workshop?
7.Please describe the intended audience.
Include the estimated number of attendees, their roles and where they work geographically.
