The Rensselaer Land Trust is surveying citizens and visitors of Rensselaer County to assess the organization's role in land conservation and education.  Likewise, we are currently working with stakeholders and community leaders to develop the "Land and Water Plan for Rensselaer County."  We need your input to ensure that the plan represents the values of the people who live, work, and recreate here.

All individual responses will be kept confidential and can be provided anonymously.  Although optional, we do invite survey participants to consider joining, volunteering, and supporting the Rensselaer Land Trust vision to "conserve the open spaces, watersheds, and natural habitats of Rensselaer County, for the benefit of our communities and future generations."  That invitation is found at the end of the survey.

There are four short pages of questions in the survey, and it should take roughly five minutes to complete all of the questions:

Page #1: Demographic Information & Valuing Open Space & Nature in Rensselaer County (7 Questions)

Page #2: About the Rensselaer Land Trust (8 Questions)

Page #3: Your Views on Environmental Protection (4 Questions)

Page #4: Getting Involved (optional)

We certainly encourage you complete the entire survey.  We thank you in advance for your time and consideration.
