TO: Tyre and Auto Pty Ltd trading as mycar Tyre & Auto (mycar)
- I consent to mycar and its employees or agents, photographing or filming me.
- I consent to mycar, and anyone authorised by mycar, using any image or recording of me (My Image), in any manner that mycar thinks fit, in its absolute discretion, to promote mycar and any of its activities. This applies to use in any media (whether print or digital media), and includes publications, websites, e-marketing, posters/banners, advertising, film, social media, communications (whether internal or external), and training (Publication).
- I understand that My Image may be kept permanently and I consent to mycar’s use of My Image even if I am no longer employed by mycar.
- I waive any right to inspect or approve any Publication of My Image by mycar or on its behalf, including any copy or printed matter that may be used in conjunction with the images of me or any eventual use by mycar.
- I release mycar and those acting on behalf of mycar’s from any liability concerning any use of My Image, as long as such use does not ridicule or demean me or lower my professional standing.
- I agree that I have no rights to the images of me created by mycar or those acting under mycar’s authority and knowledge.
- I consent to my name appearing in any Publication along with My Image, at mycar’s absolute discretion.
- I understand mycar cannot control the unauthorised use of My Image by persons not associated with mycar, including overseas recipients.
- I release and indemnify mycar from any loss, damage, costs, expense, or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the Publication of My Image, including action for defamation, libelous material, breach of privacy, or copyright.
