OAASC 2017 Reimbursement Survey
The OAASC Reimbursement Committee has commissioned the following survey to collect data from member ASC's regarding commercial carrier reimbursement practices.
Data should be from 2017 and is being collected and compiled anonymously. No specific ASC information will be released. All information will be averaged for the general information of OAASC members.
A paper survey can be found on the link below (copy and paste the link into your web browser). You can use survey to collect the data and report it on this survey OR you can fax the survey to the OAASC and our consultant will enter the data for you.
All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the results.
