ACPHLA is a newly established public benefit authority created for the purpose of acquiring, promoting and repositioning the campus to the highest and best use. The Authority’s mission is to transform Saint Rose into a thriving, sustainable, and economically viable asset that contributes to the Pine Hills neighborhood, the City of Albany and Albany County. Because this project is considered to have a regional impact, ACPHLA wants to ensure all ideas are heard and the resulting redevelopment plan provides tangible benefits to the Pine Hills Neighborhood and to the County’s tax base in general.
