The program is seeking inclusive mentors to participate and volunteer.

The IEEE Photonics Society invites its members and photonics professionals in the community to volunteer, participate in it's Mentor Match offering, and/or serve as a mentor by giving role model, journey talks, in support of the IEEE Women in Photonics initiative.

Through this program our hope is for women and gender minorities who entering or have left/transitioned in the photonics field, i.e. due to life circumstances, a break from the workforce or academic research, a shift in technical focus, and/or are in need of professional resources, to gain personalized career insights, and receive guidance from senior professionals in photonics.
