Written requests are required for all groups planning to visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
Please note: if you are wanting to visit the Museum with your class/group without any formal, Museum-sponsored educational component, please complete the registration form at On-your-own visit registration form.
Continue with this form if you are wanting to request any programming, including self-directed scavenger hunts, guided tours and other programs.
For this request form: your request will be processed in the order it was received, and you will then be sent written confirmation and additional information via e-mail within two weeks of your request.
Please select which program(s) you are requesting at the museum. You must list a first, second or third choice [second and third choice can be "none"]. You will be given the opportunity to choose more than one program on the same day below. A description of programs is available at
PLEASE NOTE: for all "STEM and History" (schools-only) hands-on programs, a minimum of 25 students and a maximum of 36 students is required per program. Student count for classes include only those students in the grade level required for the program.
