Are you interested in solar power?

Mildura Development Corporation and partners (Mildura Rural City Council, Sunraysia Sustainability Network and Sunraysia Institute of TAFE) have received funding from Sustainability Victoria to establish a bulk buy program that will allow businesses and residents to implement solar power and other sustainable energy measures at a discounted rate.

We expect to have details regarding pricing, products and service mid 2011 however the program will aim to offer;
Solar panels at reduced cost
Solar hot water systems at reduced cost
Home or business Energy Audits
End-to-end service from inspections through to installations and follow-up
Reduced interest rate finance options to cover capital costs
Community information sessions, support and assistance
Opportunities for local suppliers and installers to become program partners

As well as reducing the costs of setting up sustainable living measures, the program would also simplify what can sometimes be a complex process.

If you would like to register your interest in being part of the program and receive updates please let us know by completing the questions that follow. Local solar energy suppliers/installers are also encouraged to register.
