Dear Community Member,

The housing challenges confronting the metropolitan Richmond region are varied and complex, ranging from homelessness to affordable home ownership.

The Richmond Regional Housing Framework is an initiative of the Partnership for Housing Affordability (PHA) to create a three-year, solutions-oriented action plan that will encourage consistent focus and collaboration in addressing the region’s shared housing challenges.

PHA is currently working with leadership from Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico and Hanover, community members, and representatives from the business and philanthropic communities to outline the region’s overarching demographics, challenges, and opportunities.

We are asking you to provide your opinions on issues facing our community to inform the development of this framework. This survey will be shared with the public, but no information collected from this survey will be used to identify you. We ask that all survey participants be 18 years or older. Participants who choose to share their contact information with PHA will be entered to win a $250 gift card for completing this survey by Friday, August 16.

On behalf of the Partnership for Housing Affordability and our community partners, we thank you in advance for assisting with this effort.
