Digital Inclusion in Northeast Minnesota-Regional Understanding

Northspan's Welcoming Community program is supporting efforts of local Digital Connection Committees and the MN Office of Broadband Development in seeking to understand the current status of digital inclusion across Northeast Minnesota.
 
We are looking for data on internet service affordability, device access, and digital skills in measuring our community members ability to have full participation in our ever-changing technological society. The purpose of this survey is to identify themes and measure perceptions of the status of digital inclusion in communities across Northeast Minnesota.
