Informed Consent Statement: You are invited to participate in a training program focused on heat-related illnesses and injuries. Participation is voluntary and involves completing a pre-assessment, attending a training workshop, and completing a post-assessment and end-of-course evaluation. Approximately three months after the workshop, you will receive a follow-up assessment by email. Each assessment is expected to take about 10–15 minutes to complete. Participants who complete all required assessments and the training workshop will receive a certificate to document their completion of the program. Choosing not to participate will carry no penalty or loss of benefits. Your responses will be de-identified and used in a future research study.
