Your Safety Recall Liability Report will provide you with your score, how it compares to the industry average and best-in-class dealers, and give specific recommendations on how to reduce recall liability at your dealership.
[1] POLICY: We have a written safety recall management policy.
[2] DAILY STATUS: We receive a daily safety recall status report of our new and used, in and off-brand inventory.
[3] CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: We provide safety recall Consumer Disclosure Statements at delivery - for every vehicle sold.
[4] MISSED RECALL ALERTS: We receive alerts when a vehicle may have been sold with an open safety recall - including off-brands.
[5] MULTIPLE SOURCES: We use multiple safety recall verification sources and check for accuracy among sources - for every vehicle.
[6] PRE-NHTSA ALERTS: We have a system in place for our off-brand vehicles that alerts us when OEMs issue recalls that NHTSA has not yet made public.
