Food Vendor Application - Redding Pride 2019

We are excited to have you at Redding LGBTQ+ Pride Festival 2019!!

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor or vendor at Redding LGBTQ+ Pride! Just fill out this form and you are all set to be a part of this amazing event. It should take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Booth space is $25 or is complimentary with sponsorship. Nonprofit sponsorships start at $50 and business sponsorships start at $100. To become a sponsor visit our website www.reddingpride.org, email pride@norcaloutreach.org or call 530-949-6267.

Payment - You can conveniently pay online using the Stripe link at the end of the application. This is the preferred method of payment. If your organization requires you to pay by check, please call Carrie Jo at (530) 262-8161 for instructions.

About the organizer:
NorCal OUTreach Project is a 501-c3 non-profit (EIN 27-2073271) LGBTQ+ Center in Redding, CA. We are currently 100% volunteer driven organization and have been serving the local LGBTQ+ and Ally community in far rural northern California since 2008.

NorCal OUTreach Project has been the driving force behind Redding Pride every year since 2009. It is the largest annual gathering for the local LGBTQ+ community. The festival attracts a wide range of supportive local agencies, nonprofits, businesses and organizations. Past Prides have been attended by 1000+, with 60+ exhibitors We expect attendance to be even greater in 2019.

All donations and proceeds will help us to continue our mission to make rural northern California a safer and more accepting place for all by increasing understanding, acknowledgement, visibility and appreciation of the LGBTQ+ community. Booth fees help cover Redding Pride Week 2019 expenses.

NorCal OUTreach Project’s Redding Pride Festival is Saturday, September 21st, 2019, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at Redding City Hall & Sculpture Park, 777 Cypress Ave.

All Redding Pride events happen rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

Booth set up must be completed no later than 9:30am, and dismantled no earlier than 3pm. Exhibitors/Vendors will be assigned a time to set up. Do not arrive early or late to set up.

Vendors/Exhibitors need to supply their own canopy, canopy weights (required by the City of Redding), tables, and chairs. Booth space is 10’x10’. Contact us if more space is needed (an additional fee may apply).

No vehicles will be allowed to stay parked in the event area after set up. If you have a disability and need accommodations call (530) 262-8161

NorCal OUTreach Project’s Redding Pride does not provide insurance and is not responsible for any damage, theft or injury related to your booth. Purchase your own insurance if you are concerned (suggested - www.theeventhelper.com).

Redding Pride is an ALL AGES event, please plan materials appropriately (i.e. no nudity, drug references, sexually explicit displays or merchandise, etc.)

This is a smoke/vape and drug-free event. Bridge event is a smoke/vape, alcohol and drug free event.

Have a California Seller’s Permit. A Seller’s Permit can be obtained at no charge from the California Board of Equalization (BOE). The application process may take some time, so apply early. You can apply for a permit:

Enclose a copy of my Seller’s Permit or email it to pride@norcaloutreach.org.

Enclose a valid certificate of insurance or email it to pride@norcaloutreach.org.

Enclose a copy of a current Food Safety Certification or Temporary Permit from the Shasta County Department of Resource Management, Environmental Health Division (530-225-5787) or email it to pride@norcaloutreach.org. A copy must also be displayed at the booth on the day of the festival.

If using a BBQ, ensure that it is in compliance with any City of Redding regulations.
