We’re building a Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) program in Connecticut – and your input will help shape how we do it.

A Recovery Friendly Workplace program is an employer-based effort that enables employees with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) to stay employed during their recovery. By treating SUD as a healthcare problem, RFW programs destigmatize addiction and have a positive economic impact for the employer through better employee retention, better productivity, and less turnover.

This 1 to 2-minute confidential survey will help create a new program that gives state businesses the tools they need to help employees with substance use issues.
