We are saddened to report that, due to an abundance of caution in the midst of this pandemic, as well as keeping in mind the restrictions set by the Governor of Massachusetts, we have made the decision to cancel MBHP’s 2020 Recovery Forum, “Communities as a Cornerstone of Recovery,” which was set to be held on April 29, 2020 in Marlborough, MA.

This was a difficult choice to make. Months of planning have gone into this event, and we were incredibly enthusiastic about the topic and the program we had put together. We still strongly believe in the message of the forum—that communities can and should be foundational to the recovery process—and it feels particularly relevant at this moment in time. It’s through that same belief, however, that we have decided to cancel the event; keeping our communities safe and healthy is incredibly important, and it’s only through banding together within our communities that we can work to flatten the curve and protect those most vulnerable among us from illness.

We have hopes to revisit this topic and program, and we will keep you informed of any future plans to deliver this timely presentation.

Thank you,
Clara Carr, Nan Donald, and Kaitlyn Sudol
