This grant should be filled out by the adult in charge of the organization or can be completed by a student leader but should not be submitted without review and approval of the Advisor/Leader. The Advisor/Leader filling it out/approving is the main point of contact for communication between the organization and the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.

A committee will review all applications based on grant funding criteria (Does your application qualify for a grant?), grant evaluation criteria (what is the impact of your grant?) and award based on fully completed applications.
