I'll help you to understand the 'mind games' that are stopping you from achieving your goals. I mainly work with women who struggle with weight loss and self-love.

I will help you to reach the source of your problems,    challenges and imperfections, such as:

no sense of feminity, problems with weight loss, lack of attractiveness, the sense of ugliness in the body, blame, the fear of being different, hurting relationships with yourself and others.

During the coaching process, you will walk into your real beauty, you will stand in your 100% best version of yourself.

You will regain communication with the Body - "The One & Only Home" in which you must live and can't change for the rest of your life.

1:1 coaching is one of my favourite ways of working with my client. Helping on each and every step of the way using most advanced, innovative techniques.

We'll work with the mind in ways, such as coaching, mirror work, breath integration, movement, nutrition (fueling the body with the right food)

All my work is based on the latest nutrition, positive psychology, neurobiology. I follow closely my client's progress. Cheering along the way, sharing their downs, and celebrating success.
