GHIP Plan Design Survey for Members
The Department of Employee Trust Funds (ETF) and the Group Insurance Board periodically review the Group Health Insurance Program plan design to maintain affordability and long-term sustainability. The plan design includes what’s covered, how much you pay for care, and how costs are shared between you and the plan.
ETF is seeking feedback from members to better understand their preferences for premium rates and other cost sharing (e.g., copays, deductibles, coinsurance, out-of-pocket limits) for health and prescription benefits.
