Greater Hume Shire Council is committed to disability inclusion to build a strong equitable community.  Council supports the fundamental right of choice for people with disability to choose how they live their lives, to access opportunities and enjoy the benefits of living and working in our society as all residents do.  Council’s objective is to ensure that local services, facilities and programs provided by council are inclusive and as part of this are developing a Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP).
