Danceworks scholarships are based on financial need and merit. In order for your application to be considered, you must submit two additional documents. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION WITHOUT BOTH OF THESE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. 
1. A letter of recommendation per applicant
(see details at the bottom of the application.)
2. The first page of your most recent federal income tax returns
(one per household.)
Please allow 2-3 weeks for application processing. You will be contacted by email with information regarding the status of your scholarship.
If you would like to begin taking a class before you are contacted with information regarding the status of your scholarship, please be prepared to pay a single class payment of $16/class that you/your child takes before you are contacted with information about your scholarship.
Please Note:
The Shining Light Scholarship is for the committed student (adult or youth) who are interested in long-term programming such as a full year of studio classes, participating in the Danceworks Youth Performance Company, or who are a part of our Intensive Study
Scholarship (ISS) program. 

For all other programming, please apply for Danceworks general scholarship.
