2019 Summer/Fall CSA Registration

Welcome to our 2019 Gauker Farms Summer/Fall CSA Season!

We're SO EXCITED you are interested in our EIGHTH CSA season. (Can you believe that? If you've participated before, and you're back for more, you KNOW how great this program is!)

A CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) relationship is a step above a simple convenience; it is a give and take of an edible product for cash. It is based on mutual respect between the consumer and the farmer. Under our beef CSA model, subscribers pay in advance for the beef they will receive, reflecting the risk that the farm takes to humanely raise a beef steer to market size, process it, vacuum package and flash freeze it, store it and deliver it to the drop off locations.

Gauker Farms is not a delivery service; your subscription is a contract to receive a six-installment supply of beef (the size of your share will determine how much beef you will receive).

Small ($50 [retail amount] per month - enough for about 1 beef meal per week)

Downingtown - 2nd Saturday of each month in Kerr Park from 10 a.m. to noon

On the farm - by appointment (usually Thursday between 5-7 p.m., or another time that works for us both!)

Pottstown/Exton/West Chester/Kennett Square - by appointment (I email you each month to schedule a convenient time)
