ACON's LOVE Project (Living Older Visibly Engaged) wants to hear from people who are aged 55 or over, identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex, live in New South Wales and are living with HIV.
The following is a short survey which we’d like you to complete as fully and accurately as possible. It asks a few basic questions about you, living with HIV and your thoughts on planning for your aged care and navigating the aged care system.
The information you provide will assist ACON in developing a community resource for older people living with HIV.The information you provide will not be identified and will be kept private and confidential. All responses will be destroyed once they have been collated.
