About becoming a peer researcher
The City of Stirling is developing a social framework and want to hear from young people to help plan for and meet youth needs over the coming years.
We want to talk with lots of young people to find out what actions to focus on and we want other young people to help us with this. We are looking for up to ten young people aged 15 to 25 who live, study, work, or volunteer in the City of Stirling to be peer researchers.
As a peer researcher, you will help us design a youth survey, a youth workshop and a postcard. You will then reach out to your networks of young people and ask them to complete a survey. We will provide you with training on how to do this.
You will receive up to $600 if you attend all training sessions and deliver the full number of surveys . You will be paid $400 on delivery of the surveys and $200 after you attend the de-brief session. If you can’t deliver all the surveys, or attend the final session, then this will be adjusted accordingly.
