“What’s the difference between a Recruitment Consultant and a Vampire?”  “One is a blood sucking, undead, heartless creature of the night, and the other… can turn into a bat.”   Sound familiar?  It’s fair to say that the recruitment industry has developed a bad reputation in recent years.  Whilst we can’t hold our head up and say that was completely untrue, we can say with confidence that it isn’t completely true either. 

We know that the industry has let itself down and has earned a bad reputation. 
So we’re making it our (rather lofty) mission to change this by making people enjoy the recruitment experience again.  “How are you going to do that?” I hear you ask.  “We don’t know yet” is our reply.  And that’s where this survey and your feedback comes in.

In order to make people enjoy the recruitment experience again we need to know what people don’t enjoy about it now.  What really gets your goat, makes your blood boil, makes you see red and ticks you off?  We want to know.
