Vendor Booth form - STEAMing into the Great Outdoors Survey

We invite you to have a vendor space at this event on Saturday, March 14, 2020 - Pi Day!

Event will be open to the public from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and be held at Shabbona School, Morris, IL.

Set up will be Friday between 4:00-6:00 pm or Saturday between 7:30-8:30 am.

Please:

Have an activity at your booth for kids (game, craft, quiz, etc.)
Sign-ups and registrations for summer camp, sports, leagues, Scouts, and other activities are allowed
No selling of products
30-minute demonstrations are welcome - please contact us for scheduling

Booths are free and include 1 banquet table and 2 chairs. Please bring all other signage, tablecloth, and materials.
