1. Introduction and Information Page

We thank you for your participation in the 2021 ACCE Midyear Conference. We would like to obtain feedback from individuals that attended any portion of the 2021 ACCE Midyear Conference on February 15th thru the 19th, 2021.

This survey will be specific to your experience as you will be directed only to questions that apply to the sessions you attended. We value and need your input as it is critical for our planning of future conferences.
