The mission of the Mid-South Coalition for Comfort Care and Bioethics is to educate and support  community members and providers concerned with issues from chronic or serious illness through end of life.   In the past several years, this outreach has included an all-day conference at the University of Memphis, 2-hour programs at the Benjamin Hooks Library several times a year, and community meetings with a speaker at Trezevant Terrace every other month.  With regard to these efforts, we would appreciate your feedback to assist the board with future programming so that we may continue to meet the needs of the community.  Thank you in advance for participating in this survey!
