Reading Well: Books on Prescription Review – Health and Care Professionals |
Introduction
You could have the chance to win a Reading Well collection and bundle of materials for your health setting!
Reading Well supports people to understand and manage their health and wellbeing using helpful reading. Reading Well books are all recommended by health experts, as well as people with lived experience of the conditions and topics covered and their relatives and carers.
We are currently undertaking a review of Reading Well to understand what's working and how we can improve the programme. Please help us by completing this short survey by 26 September 2025.
If you fill in this survey by 26 September, you can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win a Reading Well book collection and bundle of informational materials from the Reading Well scheme of your choosing!
In partnership with Libraries Connected and UK public libraries, we deliver Reading Well for mental health, Reading Well for teens, Reading Well for children, Reading Well for families and Reading Well for dementia. Whether or not you have used one of the Reading Well Books on Prescription schemes for your service users, we are interested in your thoughts on the programme.
The data collected will be considered alongside data from libraries, service users and other partners to develop the Reading Well Books on Prescription programme. Aggregate data and comments may be used on our website or evaluation reports, but all responses will remain anonymous.
The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete. If you have any questions, please contact readingwell@readingagency.org.uk
