Nanaimo Harm Reduction Training - Participant Survey

You are being asked to fill out this brief survey as a future participant in How to Harm Reduction: Centering Harm Reduction Principles and Practices. This day-long learning event is being offered by AVI Health and Community Services (AVI) on March 11, 2020.

The training makes use of curriculum that has been developed by AVI and the Society Of Living Illicit Drug users (SOLID). Due to time constraints, there are limits on the number of topics that we will be able to cover. We want this training to be as relevant as possible for participants, so the agenda for the day will be based on responses to the following survey. Participants will be notified of the final schedule by March 2nd.
