This annual benchmarking survey allows us to assess the health of our nation's home care cooperatives and our forward progress as a sector year over year. Importantly, the results of this survey provide critical data to communicate to the public the impact and importance of home care cooperatives for caregivers, clients, and the home care industry at large. For example, last year we learned that cooperatives average a 30% turnover rate compared to the national average of 67% (which has now risen to 82%!)--an achievement to celebrate.
