Women and Drones is collaborating with P3 Tech Consulting and the Diversity Development Network of Canada (DDNC) to update the 2021 DEI benchmark, sector DEI White Paper and further identify resources to support you in your business or organization’s DEI development and implementation. We highly value your opinion and need your input to update the United States Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) status within the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sector.

Who should take this survey? All UAS/AAM stakeholders at all levels including management, operations, human resources as examples, within the United States UAS/AAM sectors who are interested to share their perspectives and provide input. If you are part of a global organization, please report only for United States operations and activities. Please take a few minutes (approximately 15 minutes) to complete this important survey. Your input is critical to the selection and development of meaningful programs.

All individual and company information will be kept confidential and will not be shared nor sold. Data captured will be solely used for developing the 2022 Industry DEI Survey report. Survey responses will be aggregated. All respondents will receive the 2021 DEI UAS AAM full report in appreciation of your survey participation.
