Public Sector Exit Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey. Your feedback will help the Cook Islands’ public sector understand why employees and interns leave, what the workplace experience is like, and how processes, support and policies can be improved. Please note that your responses are anonymous unless you choose to provide your details.

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes of your time. Results will be collated by the Office of the Public Service Commissioner (OPSC) and shared anonymously at the end of each year with agencies. This is so the public service knows where to improve and what works. If you wish for your results to be shared with your Ministry, OPSC, or both, please indicate this at the end of the survey.
