1. Introduction
The purpose of this Survey is to gather information from IAM members to obtain a snapshot of the state of the industry at the end of 2014. In particular, we are interested in finding out how our members are faring in this current economic environment and to what extent.
The information gathered through the survey will be used to set an annual benchmark for industry health and to identify where growth or stagnation is occurring. In addition, the information will be shared with the membership and posted in a future edition of The Portal Magazine.
