WWC PGA Charity Tracking Form

This year we will be keeping running tally of fundraising total for each professional/facility that participates and this information will be available in real time on the WWC website. All professionals/facilities that participate will be recognized at the end of the year the top 5 professionals/facilities will be specially recognized at the WWCPGA Awards Dinner in November for their outstanding fundraising efforts.

YOU MAY LIST ALL CHARITABLE EVENTS YOU HELD AT YOUR FACILITY IN ONE FORM OR FILL OUT MULTIPLE FORMS.
