2024 WWC PGA Fundraising Tracking Form

The goal of the Fundraising Tracking Form is to showcase your efforts toward fundraising for local and national charities. The Community Outreach and Charity Committee will summarize and promote you and your efforts via social media and other forms of communication to our community throughout the year in hopes of growing your business and the game of golf at your facility. All PGA Professionals and facilities that participate will be recognized at the end of the year the top 5 professionals/facilities will be specially recognized at the WWCPGA Awards Dinner in November for their outstanding fundraising efforts.

YOU MAY LIST ALL CHARITABLE EVENTS YOU HELD AT YOUR FACILITY IN ONE FORM OR FILL OUT MULTIPLE FORMS.
