2025 Christmas Rescue Horse Sponsorship Form

2.Is the sponsorship on your behalf or is it a gift for someone else? If for someone else please tell us that person's name. Please double check your spelling as this will be used to personalize the gift set. (Required.)
3.How many horses are you sponsoring? (Sponsorships are $100 each)(Required.)
4.Which horse(s) are you sponsoring? (Required.)
5.What size t-shirt do you need? Remember, if the sponsorship is a gift for someone, we need THEIR shirt size. If it is for you personally, we need YOUR shirt size. If you are sponsoring multiple horses (getting multiple gift sets) please list ALL sizes needed. We can't guarantee exact sizes of shirts this year but we will try our very best to get the size that you requested or as close to it as possible. These will be logo shirts this year, not Christmas specific shirts.(Required.)
6.If this sponsorship is a gift for someone, what would you like the message with the gift set to say? (Please be very specific)(Required.)
7.Where should we ship the gift set(s)? Also, please indicate if we are shipping it directly to the gift recipient.(Required.)
