Mandatory Blue Bin Recycling

The City is considering an amendment to the Waste Collection Bylaw that would make it mandatory that all multi-unit dwellings over four units, commercial, industrial, institutional establishments provide for recycling. Before proceeding with the amendment, we would like to hear from the establishments that may be impacted by the decision. This survey will be closed for comments on December 11, 2018.
