In order to comply with Government regulations   a register is required at services. For weekday services, you can attend and register your attendance using the  Service NSW  QR CODE at the top of the stairs, on the day.
In order to attend Shabbat services, you will need to complete the form below by Friday 5 March  at 9.00 am . Registration will then be closed 
 Masks are no longer required in Shul/religeous services , and the number of attendees is now 400 based on the 2sqm  rule
By completing this form you declare that you: have not been in a COVID-19 case location listed at https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/latest-news-and-updates; are not awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test; and are not required to get tested or self-isolate.
