Site Evaluation Survey - March 2024

Dear colleague, many thanks for participating in our survey!

Please note that this survey is confidential and for internal purposes only - the individual answers provided will not be shared outside the Feasibility Department. Your feedback is important so we can provide Sponsors with the most updated and accurate information from sites.

You are the one in the field and who know the sites the best. We thank you for all your hard work! That is why your feedback is critical. The quality of the sites is essential and we have not been capturing that feedback.

This will complement our work and helps to provide a more ascertained picture of the sites during the Request For Proposals that come from Sponsors. We are looking into having many and more diverse studies coming into CTI!

The expected time to complete the survey is roughly ~5 minutes.

You can always go back to the survey using the same computer you have started to complete the survey with.
