Important Information: Please Read Thoroughly!

Thank you for your interest in Alternative Breaks! Applicants will be invited to the interview round based on your responses, so please be thorough and thoughtful when answering. This application may take 20-25 minutes to complete. You will not be able to save your progress so complete it all in one sitting! Alternatively, you can save your responses into a Word document, and then copy and paste them in later.

Please note: If you have already been a participant on a traditional RUAB trip in the past, you may reapply but priority placement will go to those who are applying for the first time. If you have attended an Honors College or Leadership-specialty trip in the past, then you would be eligible to apply again for a traditional trip.
