Carers for Kids NSW & Rev Bill Crews - Christmas Wishing Tree Appeal - Gift Request Survey

Carers for Kids NSW is working with the Rev Bill Crews Foundation to help bring some Christmas joy to children and young people in care.
Please complete one submission per child or young person, choosing a preferred gift valued under $50. Requests will be included on Wishing Tree tags for members of the public to select and purchase.
Gifts depend on public donations, so we can’t guarantee that every request will be fulfilled or that the exact item requested will be available.
