Kassouf's Summer Leadership Program - 2027 Forge Application

Ignite your accounting career at Forge, Kassouf's Summer Leadership Program. Forge will showcase our firm's award-winning culture and nationally-recognized service lines while students discover Birmingham's unique food scene.

Forge is designed for accounting students who expect to complete their undergraduate degree in December 2028 or Spring 2029 and want to learn more about careers in public accounting.

Forge will begin the evening of May 12 and continue during the day on May 13 in Birmingham, Alabama. Participants will meet Kassouf professionals, explore career opportunities at a regional public accounting firm, discover Birmingham's best spots, and learn about Kassouf’s internship pathway.

Forge is an important early step in our recruiting process. Many Forge participants become Kassouf interns, although participation does not guarantee an interview or internship.

20 students will be selected. Applicants may be invited to complete a brief interview for additional information. The Forge class will be finalized by March 31, 2027.

Due to the number of applications, only those who progress to the next step will be contacted.
