DHS Stakeholder Survey - Reconciliation
Welcome to the DHS Stakeholder survey about Reconciliation
This survey is coordinated by Reconciliation SA. All responses are anonymous and confidential. All responses will be de-identified by the survey tool prior to collation.
Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is valued and important.
DHS has a longstanding journey of advancing reconciliation between Aboriginal and the wider community across its programs and service delivery, including through implementation of previous Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs).
We are keen to hear from our valued stakeholders about your understanding of our RAP, your perspectives on how we’re tracking and how we can work together in the future to further advance Reconciliation.
The term “Aboriginal” in this survey refers to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. DHS acknowledges and respects that Aboriginal people prefer to be identified, where possible, by specific language group or nation.
