Old Colony Planning Council (OCPC) is conducting a Route 139 Corridor Transportation Planning Study for the Route 139 Corridor between Washington Street (Route 27/ 138) and the Randolph and Stoughton town line working with Stoughton, MassDOT, federal, state, and local stakeholders and partners. The purpose of this study is to identify mobility and safety problems within the Route 139 area in Stoughton, develop short-term and long-term improvement plans and strategies, and facilitate projects for improvement for all road users, including motorists, bicyclists, pedestrians, and transit users.

You are invited to participate in a brief survey, approximately 5-10 minutes, for the things you know about Route 139 Corridor area where you live, work, shop, or for other activities. Your participation is very important and will assist us in the development of the plan for transportation improvements along the Route 139 Corridor. Your personal information will remain confidential.
