Discipleship Survey

Thank you for taking part in this survey about personal discipleship, spiritual growth, and the practices which help us to become mature disciples of Jesus. As we ask ourselves good questions, please do not hear them with a legalistic tone (but let’s also not be lax about important topics either!).

People will vary, but we hope and anticipate this will be a thought-provoking exercise that spurs on our need for spiritual formation, for building a culture of discipling others and for creating a vision for spiritual growth within Vernon Alliance.

All answers are anonymous & will be used to compile an overall perspective on the state of discipleship in our church. This survey can be done in approximately 20-25 minutes. It can also be given more time. Please give only what you can give. And thank you so much!!
