Waitlist - we have reached capacity for the 2020 back-to-school initiative. To be placed on our waitlist, please complete the survey for your children in foster care. Should we have availability, you will be contacted by email. We also encourage you to consider other community resources for back-to-school.

Please complete the following information for each child in foster care in your household. You will be required to show a current Notice to Provider or approved document for each child at your scheduled pick-up time. Due to limited supplies, only children in foster care are eligible to receive backpacks.

Although we cannot guarantee your preferred time, we will do our best to accommodate each request. If you are not able to pick up during these times, please let us know, and we will schedule a time based on available appointments.
